Pinia Residence Porec is located just across the Valamar Pinia Hotel Porec. These self-catering apartments are situated right at the seafront, not far from Porec old town. Pinia Residence Porec is a condo style complex. It consists of 96 apartments, each with the sea view. There are one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to rent. They all consist of one or two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed and balcony with sea views. Apartments are slightly refurbished, but not really renovated. Beside room only, you can also book your meals at the nearby hotel of the same name. Beside meals, guests of Pinia Residence can also enjoy other facilities of the nearby hotel: evening entertainment, children activities and mini clubs, outdoor swimming pool, wellness (fee applies), etc. There is a large sun bathing area, just in front of the complex. The beach is cemented, but it has a sandy bottom. Residence is located 25 min walk from the town. There is a tourist train running regularly between Residence and Porec downtown.

- Location: Apartments are located right at the seafront and there is a nice sea view from the balcony of each apartment. It is located in town’s residential area and usually it is very quiet at nighttime.

Pinia Residence Porec Downsides:
- Loud: Nearby hotel caters mostly to families with children. There are lots of activities going on and lots of loud children enjoying themselves. Although all the apartments are at the seafront, you cannot simply relax watching the sea and the sunsets.
- Kitchen amenities: There are neither microwave nor coffee maker in the kitchen.
