As the 2013 is coming to an end, many bloggers look back reflecting on what they’ve achieved (or not). For us, 2013 didn’t include lots of extensive traveling. We moved out from our old house, and bought a new apartment.

These Rovinj photos are my personal photo journey through this charming coastal town in Istria. Rovinj is a picture-perfect town. Its pastel-colored houses built on the cliff just above the sea and boats bobbing in the harbor all make up the postcard-perfect scenery.

Frank lived in Istria for most of his time in Croatia. And he finds Istria beautiful. No matter how many times he might visit Rovinj, or Groznjan, or Motovun… anytime he goes back, he discovers something new. During the winter, Frank gets in the car, direction anywhere, enjoying the beautiful Istrian scenery. In the springtime, Frank explores Istria on his bicycle.

Peljesac through photos

I love Peljesac peninsula. Every time I visit my favorite place on Earth – a village Komarna in the Southern Croatia, I make a little trip to Peljesac peninsula. Either by boat or by car. I’m always stunned by its beauty, its sleepy villages, and beautiful scenery. Below are some photos I took along the way. Enjoy!
