You know we decided to do this week a Valentine's Day themed SundayTraveler. At first I thought on cheating it with a really old post about our visit to Korta Katarina Winery. You are probably thinking what a visit to the winery has to do with a Valentine’s Day

“So you think we should start a blog“, I asked Vera. We've been flirting with the idea of having our own blog for a while. But between the renovation of our old house, my freelance translation business, everyday cooking & houseworks, I haven't had much time for blogging. We took a road trip to Amsterdam in the late 2011.

I’ve been contacted recently by HiFX to contribute to their expat tips campaign by providing a tip that can be beneficial for future expats. I couldn't decide on just one, and just wrote a bunch of them instead.

It is official, and I decided to say it out loud – Dubrovnik, we are taking a break. The town won't miss me. It's not like I am important or anything. But on my side, I won't miss Dubrovnik either. Dubrovnik, I'm breaking up with you! The relationship hasn't worked from the very beginning.
