Zadar is an ancient city interesting for all kinds of tourists during the whole year. It offers beautiful historical spots in the old town and beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend Bruschetta restaurant for a wonderful meal ( fish or meat). The most beautiful sunset is always in Zadar!

Zadar is a beautiful city.
Zadar is a beautiful city. There is so much to see and enjoy. Sunsets were breathtaking. So many lovely cafes, bars & restaurants & all very reasonably priced.
The apartment was perfect, spacious and very well equipped. For anyone who wants to self cater, there is a more than an adequate supply of pots, pans, crockery and other cooking & serving utensils. Furnishings are very comfortable.
The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. I found it to be a safe & easy walk. It was nice, after a day sightseeing, to return to a quiet residential area. A bit like a home away from home.
The owners were there to greet me when I arrived and they were very welcoming and helpful.
I would be very happy to return to Stunning apartment and to recommend it to family & friends.

Really good town just for walking; long attractive promenade with great sunsets, plenty of restaurants and bars, good shops. Obviously touristed, but not too crowded in September compared to Split or Dubrovnik.

Zadar is good a gateway to all the islands and nature parks...
Zadar is good a gateway to all the islands and nature parks but the city itself is somewhat underwhelming. We were there in the last days of September/first days of October and on the weekend it was completely full of tourists. I wouldn't want to experience it in high season. Many things were already closed even though there were plently of visitors and the weather was really nice. If you are looking to go to the beach, prepare to be disappointed or to drive to some beaches at least half an hour away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Demar. The rooms were excellently appointed, spacious, very clean and comfortable with direct access to the sun loungers and pool. The owner and staff could not have done more for us during our stay. Breakfasts were delicious. We were able to park immediately outside our room.
Zadar old town is very attractive and historically interesting, but a good half hour walk away, however, a shared taxi back was very reasonable. Would recommend the restaurant ‘Mama Mia’ a few streets away from the hotel.
Really lovely room (#2 of 4 in the apartment, all with private entrance), quiet, cool, with balcony and water view, a really modern vibe and quality decor and finishes. Thoughtful touches even better than a hotel room ( fridge, safe, top quality monogrammed bedding, coffee machine, great bathroom. And absolutely perfect location just at little piazza facing the pedestrian Bridge to Old Town Zadar. Bakery, cafes, bank, small grocery store all 1 minute away. We loved it. And what a sweet idea to leave us a little welcome gift!
The Almayer is a nice boutique hotel, but what makes the place EXCELLENT is the staff! From the moment you walk through the door until the time you check out, you become part of the Almayer family. The staff went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday exceptionally special! They are also very knowledgeable pertaining to restaurant recommendations and local attractions. I highly recommend the Almayer to anyone visiting Zadar!
Very special thanks to Elena and Ivan!
The property is located close to a couple of beaches and there is a supermarket as well a handful of restaurants and bars nearby even if not in the immediate vicinity. It's a good location if you are coming by car and if you want to be away from the busier areas of Zadar. If you are planning to go into the old town of Zadar, it's probably less than optimal. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything one might need to have a self catering holiday.
The breakfast was enough. The dinner was very delicious and the amount was correct.
The staff was very kindly, and helpful.
The view from the sundeck was very nice, and the jacuzzi was great.
We walked to Zadar city center about 30 minutes (on the beachside), but if someone don't like to walk a lot the public transport started in front of the hotel.
We are totally satisfied.
The location of the apartment is perfect. The studio itself is simple, but comfortable and has all the basic things you need for a vacation, and even a bit more (like a washing machine and a TV). The owner was kind and very easy to contact. All in all, I think it's a gem and I'd recommend it to anyone (who doesn't need a 5 star hotel experience to enjoy their vacation).
The Dalti center apartment is the best apartment we have ever stayed at in Croatia! The apartment’s description and it’s pictures on Booking.com were very accurate. The location is close to all the sights and great restaurants. The property is so clean and quiet. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the whole apartment had everything we needed.
The hotel is all new, very well decorated and has nice staff. The restaurant is a must! We ended up going a few times while in Zadar, best food we had in Croatia.
A receptionist recommended a few restaurants in the old town, but they were very full and crowded (and had SO many smokers), that, thankfully, we decided to head back and eat at the hotel.
Everything was very clean and nicely decored.
I was nicely surprised with vouchers for breakfast discount, some candy and Zadar souvenirs.
Location is just across the old town where you can see historically significant buildings and places.
A very nice and beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town of Zadar. Quite clean and spacy. Nice amenities. A friendly and very helpful host. Easy check-in and check-out. Surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the main street.
An ok hotel located 10 minutes away from the old town of Zadar. Fairly forgettable, but the room was clean, the breakfast buffet was ok and the price was reasonable. The hotel was fine for a one night stay.
The place is convenient on the one hand for traveling to the lakes and on the other hand for spending time in the city - Zadar. There is also a pretty good and cheap restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
The room was very clean. We had a 6-berth room for a family of five. Shared bathroom but all very clean and modern.
Was perfect for a cheap, one-night stay in Zadar old town as a stopover.
Excellent boutique hotel in the Old Town near everything you could want in Zadar. Comfortable bed, great shower, freshly cooked breakfast to order and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The location right in old Town.
The breakfast was very nice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The free parking which helps a lot in that area of the city.
The design of the hotel
This apartment is in a brand new building. Everything shines like in a 5 star hotel. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Newly refurbished hotel, conveniently located. Walking distance to Old town and Visnjik complex. Solid service and personnel. Quite extensive breakfast choices.
