What is included in the villa rental?

The total price includes final cleaning, VAT, tourist tax, all utilities, bed linens, bathroom towels , and pool towels. Bed linens, bathroom towels, and pool towels are changed weekly, or on request.

A refundable security deposit of 500 € per stay is required and is returned on departure after inspection, provided no damage has occurred.

What are booking conditions?

The minimum stay is 6 nights. Shorter stays may be possible on request, depending on availability. Prices may vary for shorter stays.

A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on arrival. A refund of the deposit is possible only if a replacement booking is found. Refunds are handled proportionally if the replacement booking is shorter or at a lower rate.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out are possible if there are no guests arriving immediately before or after your stay. This needs to be checked and agreed a few days prior to arrival.

Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

What are the house rules?

Villa Nux is a private home, and guests are expected to treat it with care and respect. Parties and events are not allowed. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted, especially during evening and night hours.
