Looking for a place to stay in Istria? Look no further. Only 3 km from Porec and less than 2 km from the nearest beach, apartment Frank’s Place is located in Mugeba, a small village south of Porec. The village is slow-paced and tranquil; you’ll wake up every morning with the sound of birds.
An overview
The interior is modern, stylish, and cozy. The apartment is brand new. It has one bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a balcony.
It comes with free WiFi, a washing machine, four-ring electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a queen-size bed (160cm x 190cm).
The apartment is air-conditioned (heating and cooling). For your comfort, all outside doors and windows have mosquito nets on. A private parking space is available in front of the apartment.
We like to welcome all our guests, the rest is up to you. We live just 10 minutes drive from the apartment, and will be at your disposal should you need us. The apartment is 3 km far from Porec, 15 km from Novigrad, and less than 2 km far from the nearest beach (Zelena Laguna Beaches).

- Prices shown above are for daily rental of an apartment.
- VAT and residence taxes included.
- Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights. If you wish to stay less than three nights, please inquire about availability. Prices may vary for shorter stays.
- Included in the price: bed linen (changed weekly), T-towels, bathroom towels (changed weekly), electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, cleaning after departure, and parking.
- Check-in: 3 pm; Check-out: 10 am; (If the apartment is vacant immediately before or after your stay, you are free to arrive and leave at your leisure within the day. We will let you know what the situation is before you arrive.)
- 5% discount on the second week, and 10% discount on the third week.
- Please arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance
Booking conditions:
- Deposit: 30% deposit at the moment of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
- Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Arrival time: If the apartment is vacant immediately before or after your stay you are free to arrive and leave at your leisure within the day. If we have bookings, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3 pm and that you leave before 10 am (so we have time to prepare the apartment for our next guests). We will let you know what the situation is before you arrive.
